It’s one more addition to Procore’s established project management platform designed to increase project efficiency by streamlining communication and collaboration.

With Drive, document-management platform is simple with rapid file upload and download, plus drag and drop functionality. And users can select documents directly from their desktop, Outlook, or Gmail and drop them into Procore Drive including entire folder structures. Don’t forget the document creation and edit benefits. With Procore Drive, users will find a seamless editing environment where Microsoft Word and Excel files can be updated directly within Drive. All changes in Drive are automatically saved to the user’s desktop, Procore Drive, and synced with Procore’s cloud-based application and mobile apps.

Procore Drive also eliminates version confusion by allowing a user to check out a file for a designated period of time, preventing simultaneous revisions. Finally, all files housed in Procore Drive are automatically synced with Procore’s cloud-based project management application.

With Procore Drive, teams can manage their Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 project schedules, providing the most recent schedule, Gantt charts, and scheduling tasks in Drive without having to open the native scheduling software application. And all schedule changes made in Drive can then be saved and synced with Procore’s cloud application.
