Advantage PressurePro, www.advantagepressurepro.com, Harrisonville, Mo., a provider of tire monitoring solutions, and Trimble, www.trimble.com, Sunnyvale, Calif., have announced the integration of PressurePro’s TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) capabilities with the Trimble SNM451 Connected Site Gateway telematics device.

The integration, which adds full tire performance data, further expands the functionality of the versatile SNM451.

The SNM451 is a ruggedized telematics device for tracking and managing the efficiency of site assets, light equipment, and haul vehicles in Trimble’s Web-based VisionLink fleet, asset, and site productivity management solution.

Offering asset location, run time, cycle time, and load-count information via cellular connection as often as once a minute, the SNM451 brings vital, realtime information and alerts direct to customers.

With the addition of PressurePro’s Tire Management capabilities, customers will now gain a full range of tire-performance data, including realtime tire pressure and temperature readings, enabling customers to further increase efficiency and productivity.

The addition of PressurePro TPMS sensors to the telematics device offers contractors the ability to choose the device that best fits their tire-management needs. Roz Buick, vice president and general manager, Trimble’s Heavy Civil Construction Division, says the collaboration will offer contractors innovative solutions to manage their fleets and realize greater efficiencies and savings.
