Energy efficiency upgrades and other improvements figure in a recently completed building renovation program to provide space for commercial tenants in a New England community.

Integrated Builders,, Rockland, Mass., a general contractor and construction management services provider, has completed the renovation of a 40,000-sq.ft. office building at 10 Oceana Drive in Canton, Mass., in a project comprising more than $1.5 million in renovations for building owner Equity Industrial Partners.

“We are excited to announce the completion of 10 Oceana Drive and are proud to showcase the new space,” comments Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders, which has also provided services to manufacturing, health science/biotech/R&D, retail and other market sectors. “We believe the building’s newly updated characteristics make greater use of the space, benefiting tenants and their employees more effectively.”

Among the upgrades to the property was the installation of new HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) systems to help achieve increased energy efficiency. The renovations also included new windows and entrances to the facility, new bathroom cores, and added elevators to make working and moving throughout the building easier for tenants.

Maugel Architects,, Harvard, Mass., completed design aspects associated with the building renovation, to suit new tenant The Pulse Network, A provider of a cloud-based platform focused on content marketing and event solutions, The Pulse Network is leasing 10,000 sq.ft. of space in the facility.
