The new SiteViewer from Computer Presentation Systems lets builders provide home pricing and availability data to home shoppers before they even visit a sales center. The web-based interactive sitemaps are integrated into the builder’s website and are updated through the builder’s CRM system. This gives home shoppers self-service access to housing metrics, and current inventory of featured homes or units available under any floorplan. There is value for the builder as well: The sitemap tracks site plan basics such as start date, current stage of construction, planned completion date, estimated close of escrow, and actual close. While most online sitemaps are part of a larger application, SiteViewer is a standalone application that includes additional data about each lot across the company’s sales, construction, and warranty departments.
