NEW BERLIN, Wis. — WennSoft announces an asset acquisition from Ensemble, LLC of Littleton Colorado. The solution has been privately labeled as “Service Estimator” and offered as part of WennSoft Signature® for over a year. It will now be developed by WennSoft, and licensed exclusively through WennSoft and their reselling partners.

Service Estimator is simple and smart. It arms sales with a familiar tool based on Microsoft Office® Excel to provide estimates on maintenance contracts or service calls to customers. Modifications can be made based on specific tasking requirements and visit schedules, then submit the agreed upon estimate to the office for approval and automated set up. While there are all kinds of maintenance and service estimating tools in the market, a few things help Service Estimator rise to the top.

Pre-configured manufacturer equipment tasking templates provided with the solution help decrease the chance of data entry error, which means less work in creating service call tasks. The tasking templates can be modified throughout the sales process, ensuring the right services and their associated tasks are included on contracts or service calls prior to completing the quote. Customers can also leverage any current task and equipment lists in use today within the system for estimating.
